We have established very strong safeguards to ensure that your account and prospect information is never disclosed when you purchase or install our application in your CRM Environment. To ensure you feel comfortable using SocialCRMTools we are disclosing a summary of how the application works to keep your information secure. We will try to explain the technicalities in layman’s terms.
SocialCRM Tools is an application built and designed for Salesforce.Com. Salesforce.Com utilizes the most advance security technology available for the internet. For more information about Salesforce.Com security visit thier Security Statement Page.
When using SocialCRMTools, all Information regarding your own Social Networking Accounts are stored in your local PC or browser and are never sent to our Social CRM servers. This is no different then when you log on to a PC to check your Gmail, or Facebook Account. Social CRM Tools never accesses your personal Social Media Account information or Salesforce.Com information. When your in the application and query to lookup Social Media Information about your Customers, the application only performs and responds to your query by looking up the relevant web services for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. During any query, SocialCRM Tools does not query for your local browser information or Social Media Accounts. As a result, no one at our company or none of our Databases can access your passwords because they are locally stored on your computer. Imports of Social Profile information in Twitter and Facebook are done through web services using Scraping Technology and Web Services APIs directly into your Saleforce.Com instance.
We are continuously committed to ensuring your online security safety and look forward to providing updates on Social CRM Tools with the latest and most secure internet technology available today.
