We are still in development for our upcoming release of Social CRM Tools. Although we recently released an interim package with new features and contact layouts, we are officially releasing this version as a managed package. Here are a couple of features you can look forward to.

Import Twitter IDs

A Twitter ID is the number Twitter assigns to a profile. Instead of using your name or email address to identify you, In the new release we will import the Twitter/User ID. This way, when your contacts or leads change any of their personal information, Social CRM Tools still knows who they are. Social CRM Tools will be doing all kinds of things behind the scenes with user IDs, such as relaying statuses, formatting rss feeds, and putting your contacts in order. You can also utilize Twitter IDs in your workflow and applications within Salesforce.Com.
